Purity: SiO2>99.99% – OH content: less than 120 ppm
CTE – Thermal expansion coefficient: 5.4 x 10-7/°K
Bubbles:
– micro-bubbles diam. < 0.3 mm: negligible
– bubbles 0.3 mm < diam. < 0.5 mm: < 5
– bubbles 0.5 mm < diam. < 1.0 mm: < 3
